Attempted Sexual Assault and Robbery of 15-Year-Old Girl; Police Looking For Suspect
The suspect is believed to be a light-skinned black male in his 20s.

A 15-year-old girl was held at gun point while a man attempted to rob and sexually assault the teen before a vehicle scared the suspect off, San Ramon Police said in a press release.
The assault allegedly happened on a trail behind the in the Gateway Shopping Center at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon and police are still searching for the suspect.
The victim was pushed to the ground and the suspect pointed a silver handgun at the victim and demanded her iPhone, she told police.

The suspect also tried to sexually assault the victim but the victim believes the suspect was frightened away by a passing vehicle.
The assault was reported to police about 30 minutes after the incident, when the 15-year-old went to a friend's house.

Police are looking for a light-skinned black male in his 20s. He is believed to be about 5-foot-7, has a medium build, short hair and was last seen wearing a blue v-neck shirt, denim jeans and has no facial hair.
