The course will culminate in a mock planning commission meeting for a theoretical project, in which participants will roleplay planning commissioners, developers, and residents.
Classes will be held on five Mondays from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at City Hall, starting Sept. 9. Classes are free and open to 20 San Ramon residents 18 or older.
Apply here by Friday, Aug. 2.
