San Ramon Election: District 1 Race Remains Close
Newer numbers are in for the city council, school board, and Measure Q races.

SAN RAMON, CA — The races affecting San Ramon remain relatively unchanged as of Friday at 3:12 p.m., the last time Contra Costa County updated its results. The totals have not yet been officially certified as final by the county. The race for District 1 remains nail-bitingly close, with just 112 votes separating Robert Jweinat with Vasanth Shetty.

Measure Q (a ballot measure to renew a $144 a year parcel tax for school funding)
- Yes: 52,476, 74.38%
- No: 18,073, 25.62%
