San Ramon Oktoberfest Tickets On Sale
Guests who book early will be treated to a German Bratwurst lunch and local beers and wines.
SAN RAMON, CA — It may seem hard to believe with 90-degree temperatures, but fall is just around the corner, and tickets are available for the San Ramon Historic Foundation's annual Oktoberfest celebration.
The Oct. 5 event at Forest Home Farms Historic Park will feature Bavarian dancers, sheep herding demonstrations, a catered German-inspired lunch from Fat Maddie's Grill, music from the Olympia Fields Brass Band, and of course, beer from four local breweries: Altamont Beer Works, Canyon Lakes Brewery, Danville Brewing Company, and Morgan Territory Brewing. Guests can also enjoy tractor rides, and self-guided tours of vintage tractors at the Tractor Barn, and of the 16-acre historic park.
Lunch is available to anyone who purchases tickets online before Sept. 27. $40 covers a Bratwurst lunch and four beer and wine tastings. For kids 11-20, $30 buys a Bratwurst or hot dog lunch and a soft drink, and for children 10 and under $20 buys a hot dog lunch and soft drink.
