San Ramon Symphonic Band To Host Star Wars Concert

Enjoy 'out of this world' music at the Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center.

SAN RAMON, CA — Music from a galaxy far, far away is traveling to the Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center. The San Ramon Symphonic Band community orchestra is performing “Music of Star Wars,” a rendition of the dramatic music from the beloved franchise.

The concert will take place Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center. Tickets cost $9 per person plus ticketing fees and are available here. Children under 12 can attend for free.

On May 4, both Danville and City Center Bishop Ranch celebrated Star Wars with full-out “May the Fourth Be With You” celebrations, which offered themed costumes, contests, and treats.
