County Extends ADU Survey Deadline, Adds Spanish Option
In order to identify barriers to building ADUs and encourage candid feedback, the County has set up a free, confidential survey.

From Santa Cruz ADU: With over 500 responses, the County of Santa Cruz is extending the deadline for a confidential survey of Accessory Dwelling Unit owners and builders, and augmenting its data-collection efforts with Spanish-language materials.
With housing costs severely impacting local quality of life for families, the County is seeking to increase the availability of rental housing. In order to identify barriers to building ADUs and encourage candid feedback, the County has set up a free, confidential survey to gather information from owners, prospective owners and
builders about their experiences.
