Elderly Woman Found Dead On Cowell Beach
Authorities are trying to identify the woman. Anyone with information is asked to call the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office.
SANTA CRUZ, CA — A woman was found dead at a Santa Cruz beach Monday, sheriff's deputies in Santa Cruz County reported. The elderly woman was found at Cowell Beach and she does not match the description of any recent missing persons, according to sheriff's officials.
She is about 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds, has white hair and light-colored eyes. She did not have any identifying clothing, jewelry or tattoos when she was found, sheriff's officials said.
She likely died in the last two days, and anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt. Ian Patrick at (831) 454-7790.
