It's listed for pocket change, if you are a billionaire. The Rittenhouse family owns it and is willing to part with it. They also have the most beautiful empty building in downtown Santa Cruz.

So what would you like to put on that lot? What would help the city and bring in business for you, if you owned it? The lot is just west of the Seacliff and Soquel neighborhood that has been jump started and is thriving.
