MINNEAPOLIS-The medical examiner’s office in Minnesota says former Stone Temple Pilots lead singer Scott Weiland had cocaine, MDA and ethanol in his system when he was found dead on his tour bus in early December.
According to ABC10 in San Diego, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office said Friday that the toxic mix of drugs killed the 48-year-old Weiland, a Santa Cruz native.
