Santa Cruz Rescue Crews Save Four People Who Couldn't Get Back To Shore

Cal Fire CZU said rescue crews in Santa Cruz County saved several people who could not get back to shore on Monday.

Around 2:17 p.m., first responders in Santa Cruz County were notified about several people in the ocean who were struggling to get back to shore at Davenport Landing.

Cal Fire said they took lead in the incident, and five rescue swimmers jumped into the ocean and rescued all four people.
