Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
From day one Russ has been all about making sure Staff of Life has been one of the safest places for customers to shop. He has gone above and beyond in every way. Working tirelessly to make sure the store is constantly cleaned and sanitized, making sure all the employees are safe by getting face mask and gloves very early on. Instituting safety measures including plexiglass shields, bulk assistance, limited numbers in stores etc. He also has worked nonstop to get an online order pick up service ready for those customers who don’t feel they want to go into the store. He has put more safety measures in and has been a pioneer in social distancing within grocery stores working with community printers on some of their pilot projects. In addition, Russ takes the time to constantly thank the employees and the customers for their continued support and dedicated work.
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
He cares so much about the safety of the employees and the customers and goes above and beyond in everything he does.
Thank you for all you do, Russ!
