Santa Cruz Gets Taco Truck At Popular Local Brewery
Surfin Turf serves up creative fish tacos, burgers, tri-tip quesadillas, sweets and more. Find out how to get a taste.
SANTA CRUZ, CA — A food truck doling out festive tacos, burgers, sandwiches and more set up shop at Humble Sea Brewing Co. in Westside Santa Cruz.
Surfin Turf opened this summer and has offered catering at various venues in the area, but can be found Friday to Saturday from noon to 7 p.m. outside of the brewery at 820 Swift St.
Diners can count on fish tacos with chipotle aioli, shrimp tacos with pineapple jalapeno salsa, or tri-tip tacos with wasabi mayo. Surfin Turf also sells Hawaiian- and barbecue-style burgers with french fries, tri-tip quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwiches with truffle oil.

Got the kids in tow? You can count on traditional-style burgers, corn dogs, fries, onion rings and popcorn. Make it a struggle parmesan popcorn, if you feel like stepping it up a notch.
The truck also sells alcohol-free drinks and desserts such as churro bites and deep-fried twinkies and Oreos.
