Woman Violently Sexually Assaulted, Police Seek Public's Help To Find Attacker

SANTA CRUZ, CA — Police are seeking the public’s help to find a man who violently sexually assaulted a woman last week in Santa Cruz.

The attack occurred between 1:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Frederick Street, according to police.

“The survivor, an adult female, reported being violently attacked and sustained serious injuries,” police said in a news release.
