Driver In Fatal 10 Freeway Rollover Crash Identified

The man who died in a rollover crash on the 10 Freeway has been identified by authorities.

SANTA MONICA, CA — The man killed in a one-vehicle rollover crash on the 10 Freeway in Santa Monica Monday afternoon has been identified by authorities.

The crash occurred on or near the Lincoln Boulevard off-ramp of the westbound freeway at around 3:45 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol

A gray BMW overturned on its roof and caught fire. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

He was identified Tuesday by the Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner as Ronald Kramer, 86.
