Football Season Kicks Off With Santa Monica Ferris Wheel Light Show
To celebrate the NFL season kickoff, Pacific Park will honor LA's home teams the Rams and the Chargers with a ferris wheel light display.
SANTA MONICA, CA — To celebrate the NFL season kickoff, Pacific Park will honor Los Angeles' home teams the Rams and the Chargers with a light display of team colors on the famous Ferris wheel.
The contest between the Rams and the Chargers takes place on Saturday at Sofi Stadium at 6 p.m. The world-famous Ferris wheel will display its special light show starting Friday night at sunset to midnight.
The 90-feet-tall Ferris wheel's 174,000 LED lights will showcase football icons and team colors and will draw excitement for the start of another season of exciting games.
