On Tuesday, authorities solicited the public's help finding a 61-year-old man last seen in Santa Monica. Patrick Barris, 61, was last seen Monday around 2:10 p.m. at the intersection of 21st Street and Arizona Avenue, according to California Highway Patrol. He is thought to be on foot in a dark shirt, khaki vest and khaki pants. Barris is 6'1" and 190 point Black man with black hair and brown eyes.
