2-Hour Foot Chase in Sherman Oaks Leads to Arrest of Hit-and-Run Suspect

A man wanted in connection with a hit-and-run in Costa Mesa led police on a two-hour foot chase through Sherman Oaks before being apprehended and arrested Tuesday night, according to the Los Angeles Daily News. 

The suspect, Armand Manoukian, 19, was caught after a perimeter was set up in the area of Matilija Avenue and Addison Street around 5 p.m., according to the report.
