City Wide Facility Solutions Opens New Location In Sherman Oaks

SHERMAN OAKS, CA -- City Wide Facility Solutions, a building maintenance industry management company, has opened a location in the San Fernando Valley — making it the company's fifth new location in California in the past five months.

Company President Joe McNamara and his wife Leigh opened the doors to City Wide Facility Solutions at 15165 Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks. Local building owners and property management companies throughout the region now have access to a single-source solution for their facility management needs.

“ We are able to partner with local businesses who can provide our clients with the services they need, which in turn helps boost those local businesses and strengthens the local economy,” Joe McNamara said in a news release.

McNamara comes to the business venture with an extensive background in sales management. Most recently, he worked for a notable California wine, spirits and craft beer distributor as a regional sales manager where he developed and led sales teams in the Los Angeles area.

“Being a sales manager in a competitive market like Los Angeles, I was able to take away a lot of key learnings on setting sales goals and holding teams accountable. It required strict attention to detail on executing a plan and coaching sales people on how to create opportunities that allow them to stand out in the market,” McNamara explained.
