"(Stromer) was one prospect who generated some buzz during the COVID season shutdowns and then had a coming out party during the final June live period," Branham wrote.
He continued: "(Stromer) is a well-rounded and high IQ guard who impacts the game in a variety of ways. He is a plus-shooter from three, he can slash and is an outstanding passer with terrific vision for the position. He even showed some on-ball playmaking ability and potential, especially out of ball-screens, given his feel and passing ability.
