Global Event Stirs Communities to Join in the Pursuit of Peace

During July and August, individuals and families of South Pasadena will unite with millions to watch the much-anticipated 2022 convention.

“This is something that my wife and I look forward to each year,” said Michael Rosen, whose wife and him plans to attend each session throughout the summer. “This convention will help all of us learn how to pursue peace as a couple, individuals and a community. I think we need that more now than ever before.”

Although viewing the program virtually the past three years, the benefits have remained the same. This year will be no different.

“This convention is an object lesson in how peace is being achieved by a global community right now as it unites millions of people even in areas of conflict like Ukraine and Russia,” said Robert Hendriks, U.S. spokesperson for Jehovah’s Witnesses. “The power of the principles being discussed transcends national borders, ethnic differences, and language barriers. Both individuals and families will benefit from attending the program.”
