Have You Seen the City's New Website?

The City of South Pasadena's website has a fresh look and, officials hope, will be easier for residents to peruse.

If you haven't checked out the City of South Pasadena's homepage lately, might want to take a gander: Officials launched a redesign on Thursday that they hope you will find more navigable.

City Manager Sergio Gonzalez told Patch the design is meant to be more user friendly, so people can click through the different departments quicker, and find the information they're seeking faster.

"Our residents are very tech savvy and we’re doing what we can on our end to meet their needs and expectations,'' Gonzalez said Thursday.

While some portions are still under construction, there are several online services of which visitors to the site can take advantage. Paying parking tickets, for example, or researching crime stats. Clicking here will take you to all the Police Department's social media links.

There are also links to the library, the city's calendar and, its top news and announcements.
