Maya Rudolph Talks to 'Conan' About Her Link to Head Found in Hollywood Hills [VIDEO]

The actress tells host Conan O'Brien that the dog belongs to a girlfriend and shares a photo on the late-night show Monday.

Actress Maya Rudolph made an appearance on Conan Monday night and talked about her connection to the dog that found the human head in the Hollywood Hills earlier this month.

Rudolph explained to host Conan O'Brien that the dog, a golden retriever named Ollie, belonged to a girlfriend. At the time, Ollie was  when he found the plastic bag containing the head.

She said that it was her Up All Night co-star, Will Arnett, who told her that the dog belonged to a mutual friend.

"We couldn't believe it," Rudolph told O'Brian.

"They questioned, I’m not kidding you, the dog walker and they kept the dog for four hours," she said.

Rudolph shared a photo of Ollie, who appeared to be visually traumatized, in the back seat of a squad car. The audience let out a very audible "awwww." 

The actress, a former SNL star and of Bridesmaids-fame, shared the dog is nominated for an American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) award.
