The ‘CarnEvil Ball’ Is Back: Temecula’s Dark Circus Party Returns To Europa Winery
Le Cirque Du Mal will bring an evening of eerie performers, sinister bites and devilish cocktails inspired by the dark side of the circus.

TEMECULA, CA — Step right up: The famed CarnEvil Ball with Le Cirque du Mal will return to Europa Village in Temecula over two nights in October.
The CarnEvil Ball takes place on Friday, Oct. 24, and Saturday, Oct 25, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $89 on Friday and $99 on Saturday, which is almost sold out, organizers noted. Members can get special discounted tickets. Find tickets at this link.
If you dare, grab tickets to the dark circus soirée for a spine-chilling evening filled with “sinister” cocktails, a spooky buffet, a haunted maze, and demented performers roaming the grounds, organizers said. Costumes are encouraged for the frightfully fun evening.

Jason Maciel, the winery's director of marketing, told Patch the village is excited to celebrate five years of the annual CarnEvil Ball.
“This year, the Halloween party transports guests to a haunted European carnival complete with an eerie maze, sinister cocktails, decadent bites, but with a distinctly Europa Village twist," he said.

Guests can participate in the costume contest as they immerse themselves amid clowns and other eerie performers who greet you beneath the flicker of carnival lights.
There will be a DJ beckoning guests to dance under the blood-red big top winners of the costume contest will earn some "horrifyingly fun prizes," according to Macias.
For those feeling brave, a haunted maze will offer winding paths, where you may come across creepy clowns, ghostly ringmasters and more jump-scares.
If you aren't able to make it to the ball, the winery is also hosting a special spooky season speakeasy, The Hidden Fang on Thursdays through Sundays from 2 to 9 p.m.
"We invite you to sip on tantalizing cocktails, linger where whispers carry through the room, and lose yourself in a space where the line between the living and the damned blurs at our Halloween-themed speakeasy!"
