Frangipani Estate Winery Is For Sale In Temecula Valley

TEMECULA, CA — A 10-acre winery in Temecula Valley has hit the market.

Frangipani Estate Winery at 39750 De Portola Road was listed on Dec. 22 for $5 million, according to FirstTeam Real Estate.

Located on the De Portola Wine Trail, the family-owned winery has operated since 2006, and was founded by Don Frangipani, who started his career in Temecula Valley in 1995 at Cilurzo Winery.

Frangipani Estate Winery features 8.5 acres of vines, including Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petite Syrah, Sangiovese, Grenache, and Petit Verdot. The estate also offers a fully equipped winemaking operation.

Additionally, there are approximately 5,000 square feet of facilities, including a tasting room and indoor and outdoor spaces for large and small gatherings. An on-site restaurant, Oakey Grape Grill, is also included.

"The transition for a new owner is seamless, with infrastructure already in place and a long-standing customer base that continues to grow," according to the listing brochure.

The property last sold in 2005 for $730,000, according to data from the Riverside County Assessor-Clerk-Recorder.

Other Temecula Valley wineries with active listings include Palumbo Family Vineyards & Winery at 40150 Barksdale Circle. The listing price is $5.9 million.

A 23-acre estate at 36051 E. Benton Road is offered for $2.85 million. Approximately 75% of the property is already planted.
