I-15 Temecula Onramp Slated To Reopen Wednesday: What Freeway Drivers Must Know
This onramp was under a week-long closure, the City of Temecula and Caltrans say.

TEMECULA, CA — The Southbound Rancho California Road freeway on-ramp, which has been closed for nearly one week, was slated to reopen on Wednesday morning at 4 a.m. This was part of an I-15 lane closure that will last for a full week. It's all in the name of lessening traffic through the pinch-point of Southwest Riverside County.
The I-15 Southbound On-Ramp at Rancho California Road was slated to reopen on Jan 15, the City of Temecula said.
"CalTrans is working on completing new auxiliary lanes on the I-15 through Temecula," a city spokesperson said.

To do so, the southbound Rancho California Road on-ramp was closed for 7 consecutive days.
"This was necessary to allow day/night crews to safely build retaining walls, barriers, do excavation, etc. Signs have been posted in advance to notify drivers," the city advised.
