Temecula Business Musicology Needs Your Support

The new coronavirus has changed life for all of us. Local businesses have taken a huge economic hit, but communities are finding creative ways to support the establishments they know and love.

Tell us about your business and its history in your town.

At Musicology we specialize in private, one-on-one music instruction. We teach students ages four and up, beginning to advanced musicians, and tailor each lesson to each individual student.

One of the things we love the most is highlighting the talented students here at Musicology, which is why we have three recital performance opportunities per year. Musicology is located in the Temecula Town Center next to Target and has been in this location since 2013. We have created a sense of community at Musicology and love seeing our students progress and succeed!

How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?

Some of our front desk staff have stepped down temporarily due to high risk family members. We have had to move from in-person lessons to virtual lessons. We also have had to close to the general public. However, we are still providing instrument rentals online with in-store pick up; just call us before you stop by. We are doing our part to protect our community by "sheltering in place," while still providing quality music instruction.

How can local customers support you now and in the future?

You can support Musicology by purchasing an online gift certificate to use in the future from our website or by signing up for virtual music lessons with us now!

Do you have any words of encouragement for your community?

We are continually amazed by the kindheartedness of the Temecula community! We have seen so many people looking out for others in the community. Thank you to our students and their families who have stuck by us during these changing times! We would not be here without you! Temecula truly has heart! We will all get through this and be better for it in the end!

Are you offering any special services, promotions or hours during this time?

We are now offering virtual lessons to meet the needs of our students and provide them with a creative outlet. Our hours for instrument pickup vary by the day since we are closed to the public. However, we are available by phone and email so just let us know when you would like to stop by!
