TEMECULA, CA — This year's fall equinox will coincide with the seasonal opening of Peltzer Winery's pumpkin farm and month-long festival.
The 29th annual Peltzer Pumpkin Farm & Harvest Festival will feature squash, gourds, hay bales, games, photo opportunities, a petting zoo, shaved ice and of course, pumpkins, beginning this Sunday, Sept. 21.
"Visitors can pick the perfect pumpkin, cheer on a pig at the pig races, get their hands dirty with gem mining, or take a scenic ride around a hay bale track in a John Deere cart," according to Visit Temecula Valley.
