Area Rain Expected To Continue Through Thursday
Weather forecasters are saying it could be the end of the week before the sun returns.

BAY AREA - The National Weather Service say we’ll see rain today in the morning and rain likely in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 50s and northeast winds will reach 5 to 10 miles per hour, becoming southeast winds reaching 10 to 20 mph in the afternoon.
Tonight will see more rain, with a slight chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Lows will be in the lower 50s and south winds will reach 10 to 20 mph.
Tuesday is expected to be rainy in the morning with a slight chance of thunderstorms. Showers are likely in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 50s and west winds will reach 10 to 20 mph.

Looking at the rest of the week, the Service does not expect much clearing from the winter storms before Friday.
