Kirsten Howe Announces New Associate Estate Planning Attorney
Cynthia Barclay has joined the firm. Prior to joining, Cynthia served as an associate attorney at Gilfix & La Poll Associates in Palo Alto.

From Kirsten Howe: Greater Bay Area estate planning firm, Law Office of Kirsten Howe, is pleased to welcome new hire Cynthia Barclay as associate estate planning attorney.
Cynthia concentrates her practice in all aspects of California trust and estate planning. Prior to joining, Cynthia served as an associate attorney at Gilfix & La Poll Associates LLP, in Palo Alto, where she has successfully built her estate planning skills over the past four years.

Ms. Barclay is a member of The State of California Bar since 2012 and is also a commissioned Notary Public in the state of California. She received her Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy University School of Law and earned her Bachelors of Science in Geology from San Jose State University.

Kirsten Howe has given presentations to many professional associations in the Bay Area on the topics of estate planning, trust administration, SSI benefits, ABLE accounts, Medi-Cal benefits, Special Needs trusts, estate planning with retirement trusts, Proposition 13, How to Prepare Fiduciary Accounting, Trust Protectors and Planning for Incapacity. Kirsten is also trained by the Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California on Elder Financial Abuse and has given many presentations to seniors and their families on this very important topic. Kirsten is available for interviews on any of the above-mentioned topics.
