“In addition to this online forum, more than 900 people to date have subscribed to our North Downtown e-mail list so they are in the loop about upcoming meetings or other plan developments,” she said.

The Specific Plan is a 20-year vision for the North Downtown, and will provide guidance on preferred land uses, transportation improvements, design guidelines, as well as other topics.

A 15-member advisory committee has been working with City staff and consultants on development of the plan since mid-2016.
