Favorite Watsonville Businesses That Have Closed

WATSONVILLE, CA — Watsonville Patch asked our Facebook followers "If you could bring back one local business that closed in town (it doesn't matter how long ago), which would it be?"

The question got a lot of attention and brought on nostalgic feelings for many of our readers.

There was a handful of favorites listed but we saw a couple popular repeats.

Miramar and Ford's Department Store topped the list.

"Miramar for sure. Great leg of lamb," one follower said.

Readers also miss the local bowling alley and Chopsticks.

Referring to the bowling alley, one follower said: "Oh man, the memories. That's where I learned to bowl."
