WATSONVILLE, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. And Santa Cruz County is full of them.

We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

She a hard worker, helps everyone she can, even her grandparents, she takes them food every week to their home.
