Man Found Guilty Of Lewd Conduct At Monterey Co. Laundromat
Officials said Salvador Navarro, 55, entered the Wash House Laundromat in Salinas on Oct. 2 and masturbated in front of women and children.

MONTEREY COUNTY, CA — A Salinas man accused of masturbating in front of several people has been found guilty of annoying or molesting a child and lewd conduct in public, Monterey County District Attorney Dean Flippo announced Thursday. Prosecutors said Salvador Navarro, 55, entered the Wash House Laundromat in Salinas on Oct. 2 and masturbated in front of women and children.
Three witnesses testified they saw Navarro masturbating. The incident was also captured on surveillance video. Navarro tried to flee the area when police arrived on the scene, but he was apprehended.
A woman also testified Navarro exposed his genitals to her on a separate occasion. Navarro is scheduled for sentencing on Feb. 28.
