Man Kidnapped, Stabbed And Robbed During Watsonville Carjacking

WATSONVILLE, CA — A man was kidnapped during a carjacking, stabbed and left in a parking lot Friday morning in Watsonville, police said. Officers responded at 6:23 a.m. to 355 Green Valley Road after someone called to report a man was suffering from a stab wound.
Police interviewed the man and found out that he was with a U-Haul truck in a parking lot at 2010 Freedom Blvd. when two suspects forced him into the truck. Police said the suspects, wearing dark clothing and bandanas over their faces, drove him to the 300 block of Green Valley Road where they robbed him, stabbed him and left him in a parking lot.
The victim had to be taken to a trauma center and was in stable condition as of late Friday morning, according to police. The suspects drove away in the truck.
