Officials ID Man Who Died During Collision In Foggy Weather
CHP officials said alcohol may have played a part in the man's death, but that's still being investigated.

MONTEREY COUNTY, CA — A young man died early Wednesday morning in a collision between a truck and a car in unincorporated Monterey County near Salinas, California Highway Patrol officials said. The collision was reported at about 4:30 a.m. on San Juan Grade Road near Hebert Road.
Arturo Vega Jr., 22, was speeding in a black Infiniti G37 in foggy weather when the car hit the rear of a white Dodge truck. Vega died in the collision. CHP officials said because of the fog visibility was limited to about 200 feet.
A 17-year-old in the Infiniti suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Natividad Medical Center.
