Sunday, June 16
Drug Possession: A 26-year-old man ran from police on the 200 block of Ford Street around 2 a.m. Officers caught up to him and found he had 3.2 grams of methamphetamine on him.
Warrant: A 22-year-old man was ticketed on Walker and Ford streets.
Burglary: Burglars broke into Cigarette City by going in through the roof. The burglary was caught on surveillance cameras. Nothing was stolen from the business, which is on the 1400 block of Freedom Boulevard.
Probation Violation: A 45-year-old man was arrested when officers were called to a disturbance on the 200 block of Miles Lane.
Drugs: A 24-year-old man was arrested for having 2.6 grams of methamphetamine. He had been pulled over on the 100 block of Landis Avenue and was seen reaching under his seat. That's where officers found the drugs.
Saturday, June 15
Drugs: A 35-year-old man was arrested for having heroin when he was stopped for a traffic violation on the 1000 block of Main Street.
Warrant: A man was arrested for warrants and resisting arrest when he was stopped for a municipal code violation on Gardner Avenue and Freedom Boulevard.
Friday, June 14
Resisting Arrest: A 24-year-old was arrested when he refused to get out of his vehicle during a traffic stop on East High and Jefferson Street around 12:30 a.m.
Trespassing: An 18-year-old man and a teenage girl broke into a vacant home on the 100 block of Marin Street. They tried to flee and hide from police, but were arrested.
Warrant: A 44-year-old man was ticketed during a traffic stop on Lincoln and Prospect streets.
Weapons: A man, age 31, was ticketed for having an illegal knife during a traffic stop on Lincoln Street and Riverside Drive.
Fraud: A 71-year-old woman didn't pay her cab fare. She was ticketed on the 1400 block of Main Street.
Drugs: Officers responded to a couple fighting on the 100 block of West Lake Avenue. The man was contacted later and caught with methamphetamine, so he was arrested.
Warrants: Police took a case on the 700 block of Main Street.
Warrants: A 45-year-old man was arrested for five warrants on the 100 block of West Beach Street.
Drug Paraphernalia: A 41-year-old man was ticketed for having drug paraphernalia on Hushbeck Avenue and Center Street.
