Santa Cruz Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Child Porn Offenses
Neil Abell was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on $25,000 bail.
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — A 31-year-old Bonny Doon man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of child pornography offenses, Santa Cruz County sheriff's officials said Wednesday. Sheriff's detectives had received information in September alleging that Neil Abell possessed and was sending child pornography over the internet.
Investigators gathered enough evidence to obtain an arrest warrant for Abell, then found him on Tuesday in the 3000 block of Warnella Road in Davenport and arrested him on suspicion of possession of child pornography and duplicating child pornography, sheriff's officials said.
