West Hollywood Launches Web-Based Curbside Services Tool
The tool allows users to search for a specific street address or to use a digital map to scan an entire neighborhood for detailed info.
WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA -- The city of West Hollywood has launched a new web-based tool -- the Curbside Services App -- to help community members find out details about curbside services such as trash and recycling pickup, street cleaning times, and permit parking enforcement information.
This interactive digital tool, developed by the city's Information Technology Division, allows users to search for a specific street address or to use a digital map to scan an entire neighborhood for detailed information. It is accessible at www.weho.org/curbsideservices or through the West Hollywood Official City App. Development of the new Curbside Services tool addresses shifts in technology and gives people an easy, accessible way to get information. The tool also scales across platforms - it provides residents and businesses with a highly intuitive user interface that is accessible with the tap of a finger on a smart phone or tablet, or the click of a mouse on a desktop computer.
The West Hollywood Official City App has a variety of features to help connect West Hollywood residents and businesses to City Hall, including interactive service request functions and information about news and events. It is available as a free download for iPhone users on the App Store and for Android users on Google Play -- download the Public Stuff app and select "West Hollywood" as the city.
