String Of Overnight Burglaries Hit West Valley Businesses
Police are investigating a string of burglaries at several businesses in the west San Fernando Valley early Friday morning.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Police are investigating several overnight business burglaries in the Encino, Sherman Oaks and Woodland Hills areas.
One of the crimes occurred about 3:45 a.m. near Ventura Boulevard and Lindley Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Officers chased a vehicle believed connected to the burglary from that area onto the nearby Ventura (101) Freeway, but the suspects got away, police said.

Among the businesses targeted were a clothing company and a pharmacy. Several suspects and at least three vehicles were involved in the crimes, police said.
