Ventura County Public Works Agency's 2nd Annual Walk in the Watershed

Join VCPWA for the 2nd annual "Walk in the Watershed" event

Supervisor Matt LaVere and Ventura County Public Works Agency (VCPWA) are hosting the 2nd Annual Walk in the Watershed event for VC residents. In line with Supervisor LaVere’s key priority to protect Ventura County and ensure a sustainable future for generations to come, all VC residents are encouraged to register for this 2-mile walk on the Ventura River trail as Supervisor LaVere and VCPWA educate attendees about this watershed.

“We are excited to co-host the 2nd annual Walk in the Watershed with Supervisor Matt LaVere” said Glenn Shephard, Director, Watershed Protection. “We’d love to have as many VC residents attend as possible. This is such a beautiful part of our county yet so many people know hardly anything about it.”

Supervisor LaVere and VCPWA staff members will be available for interview.
