Boulder County Coronavirus Update: 353 New Cases
Here's the latest news about the coronavirus in Boulder County, and a case breakdown by municipality.

BOULDER COUNTY, CO — Over the past week, 353 new cases of the coronavirus have been reported in Boulder County, according to the latest public health data.
As of Thursday, 19,132 people in the county had tested positive for the virus since the outbreak began. The death toll has reached 247 after one person died over the past week.
Around 580 people have been hospitalized since the outbreak began, and 42 new hospitalizations were reported over the past week, according to Boulder County Public Health. More than 409,178 tests have been conducted among county residents.

- Boulder: 109 new cases reported over past week; 7,118 total cases
- Longmont: 130 new cases reported over past week; 6,557 total cases
- Lafayette: 32 new cases reported over past week; 1,554 total cases
- Unincorporated Boulder County: 48 new cases reported over past week; 1,648 total cases
- Erie: 12 new cases reported over past week; 462 total cases
- Louisville: 17 new cases reported over past week; 851 total cases
- Superior: 11 new cases reported over past week; 369 total cases

As of Friday, people ages 60 and older in Boulder County are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, but the allocation of doses has remained limited, and appointments for the vaccine have been filling up quickly. A list of Boulder County providers and sign up information can be found here.
Coloradans ages 16 to 59 who have two or more high-risk conditions are now eligible to receive the vaccine. Agriculture workers and grocery store workers are also eligible.
A COVID-19 vaccine notification system has also been launched for Boulder County residents who would like to be notified about where and when to get their vaccine when it becomes available for their priority group. You can sign up for the notifications here.
