Top 10: No. 7: Boulder County reverses course on minimum wage increases (timescall.com) — Boulder County has scaled back its previously aggressive minimum wage plan, instead tying unincorporated areas like Gunbarrel and Niwot to the city of Boulder’s $16.82 rate starting Jan. 1. The change followed pushback from farmers and small businesses, while labor advocates argue slower increases will hurt workers in Boulder’s high-cost region.

Colorado man arrested after assault, chase in West Fargo (am1100theflag.com) — A 35-year-old man from Boulder was arrested in West Fargo, North Dakota after police say he assaulted another man, stole his vehicle, and then crashed during a brief chase. Authorities report the victim was hospitalized with injuries, while the Boulder resident faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges related to the incident.

Colorado in search of response vs. Northern Colorado (statenews.net) — Colorado men’s basketball hosts Northern Colorado in Boulder today in its final tune-up before Big 12 play, looking to rebound from a flat performance against Stanford.
