Boulder Police Blotter: Bank Robbery, McDonald's Trespasser
A 54-year-old woman was arrested for trespassing at McDonald's. In the process, police say, she spit at and kicked the cops.
BOULDER, CO — Police in Boulder responded to a few violent crimes, a bank robbery, a burglary and others. See what they were up to below.
April 29
Police were called to the McDonald's at 1800 28th St. on a trespassing call. They found a 54-year-old woman who was allegedly trespassing. Police say she kicked them and spit on them as they attempted to arrest her. She was charged with second degree assault and trespassing.

April 30
Police responded to an industrial accident in the 1500 block of Eisenhower Drive. Construction workers were testing a fire suppression system when a large hose ruptured, police say, injuring him. He was taken to Boulder Community Health with non life-threatening injuries.

Police responded to a bank robbery at the First Bank at 4770 Baseline Rd. Police say the suspect handed a teller a note demanding cash. The teller told the suspect she didn't have much. He told her he wanted everything or he'd shoot her, police said. The suspect was described as a white male between 30 and 40 years old with a tattoo on his left arm. He was wearing a black baseball cap and a red shirt, police say.
May 1
Police responded to a burglary alarm at Watch Galaxy at 1657 Folsom. The front door was smashed. Two display cases, just inside the building, had missing items, police say.
May 2
Police responded to the 1500 block of Sixth Street on a call of a deceased man, 66. They say there was nothing suspicious at the scene and notified the coroner.
Officers responded to a call about a fight at the Sundown Saloon at 1136 Pearl. They say a 21-year-old man repeatedly struck another man with a cane, kicked him and pushed him down stairs. The victim sustained minor injuries. The suspect was charged with second degree assault and obstruction.
