Boulder Police Trying To Find 2 People With Info On Homicide Case

Boulder police said the two people have critical information about a bicycle that is connected to last month's homicide at the Circle K.

BOULDER, CO—The Boulder Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying and locating two people it believes has critical information about a bicycle that is connected to last month’s homicide at the Circle K.

On July 23, at approximately 5:21 p.m., police said they were notified of a fight breaking out on the north side of the building over a gold bicycle.

When officers arrived the victim was unconscious, and the suspect was gone. Within two hours police said they were able to identify, locate and arrest the suspect, Brian Farrar, for suspicion of first-degree murder after deliberation and felony murder.

Investigators believe that both men pictured above have critical information regarding the bicycle that Brian Farrar and Terry Shipman were fighting over moments before Shipman was killed.
