1. If Boulder had a flag, what would it look like? Museum of Boulder wants residents to design one (dailycamera.com) — Boulder residents are being invited to design an unofficial city flag, with the Museum of Boulder offering a $500 prize for the winning concept due April 24. Organizers want broad community input, including kids and non-designers, to capture how Boulder sees itself today and in the future, from Indigenous perspectives to the city’s quirky, outdoorsy culture.

3. December sales prices mostly down across local housing markets (bizwest.com) — Home prices in Boulder ended 2025 slightly lower overall, even though December’s median single-family sale price jumped to $1,375,000, up 18.5% from a year earlier. The report also compares Boulder’s cooling but still pricey market with trends in Longmont, Loveland-Berthoud, Fort Collins, Greeley-Evans and Estes Park.
