Colorado Man Found Guilty Of Murdering Baby
Prosecutors said Juan Canales-Hernandez threw a chair at the baby before she died.

FORT COLLINS, CO -- A Colorado man this week was found guilty of murdering a baby after prosecutors said he threw a chair at the child. Juan Canales-Hernandez, 25, was found guilty of murdering RaeLynn Martinez, according to the Coloradoan.
The news site said the Fort Collins man and the baby's mother, Alexa Coria, took the baby to the hospital in September 2016.
A prosecutor said "Canales-Hernandez confessed he was playing with the baby when he accidentally dropped her, then picked her up and placed her in her high chair to feed her. When she continued crying, he threw the chair at her," the Coloradoan reported.

The Coloradoan also reported that the couple exchanged text messages to discussing "the story they would later tell police."
