CU Boulder Football Team Leads Peaceful Protest March

Hundreds of people marched around the University of Colorado Boulder, calling for justice for George Floyd.

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) — The University of Colorado-Boulder football team organized a peaceful march around the campus on Friday. Between 300 and 500 people joined the march. They were also silent for eight minutes and 46 seconds to honor George Floyd.

Buffs wide receiver K. D. Nixon started the idea for the march.
