Cyclist Found Dead: Police Seek Information

Officers say there is currently no indication of foul play.

BOULDER, CO - A man was found dead by Boulder Police near the intersection of Kalmia and 28th Street shortly after midnight on Tuesday. According to a press release from the Boulder Police Department, there is no indication of foul play.

Police responded to a call about an unresponsive man with a bicycle on a path in the area, and when the arrived the man was unconscious and his lips were blue. Attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.

The bicyclist is described as a white man in his mid-60s with chin-length, curly white hair. His bicycle was red with a front basket. Boulder police request that anyone with information about the case contact Officer Carlene Hoffmann at 303-910-7784.
