3 Tangled Baby Squirrels Rescued By Boulder Police
Things looked a bit messy for these three squirrels – until the heroic animal control officers came to the rescue.

BOULDER, CO - A family of squirrels posed a very furry triple threat for Boulder Police this past weekend.
After a tough week of keeping an eye on the mountain lions and bears near Boulder's schools, Animal Control Officers responded at roughly 12:30 p.m. Sunday to a call about three baby squirrels that had fallen out of a nest.
When they arrived at the home on Chase Court in Boulder, they discovered the trio had gotten their tails tangled up in one another and a bird's nest, according to the Boulder Police Department's Twitter account.
