• Is metro Denver's weak condo market signaling wider troubles ahead? (denverpost.com) — Broomfield’s condo market is taking a sharp hit, with median prices down more than 12% year-over-year in November and listings at Via Varra sitting much longer despite repeated price cuts. Rising HOA fees driven by insurance, water, sewer, and taxes are squeezing buyers, even as forecasts suggest only modest regional home price declines ahead and slightly lower mortgage rates in 2026.

• CHSAA's 2025 all-state boys soccer team from the Front Range (broomfieldenterprise.com) — Broomfield boys soccer players earned major recognition on CHSAA’s 2025 all-state teams, led by Eagles standout Tomi Giwa on the 5A second team. Several of his Broomfield teammates also received honorable mention, joining a strong showing from nearby Boulder, Longmont, and other Front Range schools after deep playoff runs.
